Ballroom Details
The Agora Ballroom is offered as a venue rental only. All other arrangements are the client’s responsibility, including food, alcohol, linens, flowers, decorations, and music. Specialty table and napkin linen options are available for an additional fee upon request.
Capacity:
We can accommodate up to 140 guests in the ballroom and 30 in the bar area.
Rental Times:
Morning Functions: Starting as early as 6 AM
Afternoon Luncheons: 11 AM – 4 PM
Evening Receptions: 6 PM – 11 PM
Note: Weekday rentals (Mon – Thur) are by the hour. Weekend rentals (Fri – Sun) require a five-hour minimum.
Catering & Alcohol Policies:
Clients will receive a list of preferred food and alcohol vendors. There is a fee for non-preferred vendors. No BYOB is allowed, and all alcohol must be supplied and managed by a company licensed and insured by the state of Connecticut.
