Standard Operating Agreement & Guest Privacy Policy
1. Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Management.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.
Strict Property Policies
Smoke-Free Building: Our hotel is a 100% smoke-free building. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, or electronic cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited. Any guest room found to be contaminated with trace, smoke, or odor will lead to a cleaning fee of $400.00.
Pet Policy: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed on the hotel premises. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of the stay without a refund and additional deep cleaning fees.
Parking & Transportation
We provide a two-tier parking area for our guests, which is free of charge. For your convenience, the main entrance to the building is located on Park Street, situated in close proximity to the parking lot.
Please note that the hotel does not provide a shuttle service. However, the area is well-served by a high volume of Uber and Lyft drivers who can easily accommodate transportation to your destination.
Guest Conduct
We maintain a strict quiet-hours policy between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any guest found to be causing a disturbance to others may be asked to leave without a refund.
Liability
The Hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items left in guest rooms or public areas.
2. Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair availability for all guests, we enforce the following cancellation terms:
Standard Cancellation Notice: 48 Hours
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (3:00 PM on the date of arrival).
- Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a penalty charge equivalent to the first night’s room rate plus taxes.
- “No-shows” will be charged the first night’s stay plus taxes.
3. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect information necessary to process your booking, including your name, contact details, and payment information. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
